timed-photo for areas with a little work needed or event which is there for only a limited time. i.e If there was a traffic jam at a certain road, one would be able to take a photo and upload it to Gallery so that everyone nearby would be aware of it and avoid moving to that road due to gps tracking it on Bing map. this photo would be deleted after a certain period as the traffic jam starts to disappear.
Inform people if there are pictures around the location where the user is for volunteer work.
